Type: Red wine Description: Wine obtained from 50% Fumin, 25% Cornalin, 25% Petit Rouge grapes, in a single parcel vineyard in the Municipality of Aymavilles planted in the mid-1950s. Spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 14 days in fiberglass tanks - 50% crushed and destemmed and 50% whole bunches pressed with the feet. For the refinement 60% rests 8 months in exhausted 225 liter barriques, 40% rests for 8 months in steel on its fine lees. The nose has aromas of wild berries with great concentration and power. On the palate it is well structured with a nice softness
